I. The silicon carbide rod clamp is fixed to the connection strip. The connecting wires for the contact elements are made of aluminum braided strips or multi-layer aluminum foil. The outer clamps only serve a clamping function and are not used for conducting electricity. The ends of the wires are connected to the busbar. To prevent stress from being transmitted to the element, the length of the wire should be slightly greater than the straight-line distance between the element and the busbar.

II. When the furnace is first powered on, the voltage should be increased gradually and slowly. Do not apply full load at once, as the impact current may be too high and damage the elements.

III. Connection method for the heating element: The connection strip should be coated with metallic aluminum at the cold end and fitted with an aluminum foil strip for connection to the power supply. All connection strips are made by folding multi-layer aluminum foil strips.

IV. Clamps: The clamps used for the electric heating elements are made of stainless steel U-profiles and ceramics. The clamps grip the cold end of the heating element, and the length of the grip depends on the size of the heating element.
